About the Show

The world ended in a fiery inferno of war and destruction, but that isn’t really what this story is about. Far in the future, Indigo, a traveling bard, listens to his father’s radio which broadcasts a station from the past. As he listens to ancient satire and tries to laugh ironically along, events are unfolding elsewhere. Yarrow, part-scientist, part-archaeologist, part-gardener, and full-time documenter, thinks about searching for her missing parents. Little do they know, they have been set on a collision course that may change their lives and even the past forever.

Characters

Indigo (Ian McCormack)
Indigo is a traveling storyteller whose lack of morals is only matched by his dedication to the one thing he has left of his father - a radio that broadcasts from the past. It could be because of this show that the bard cares little about lasting relationships with other humans and his tattered coat and conscience, or it could be these factors that cause his obsession with the radio show. Either way, Indigo roams throughout the broken world, seeing deep into the souls of his listeners, yet never really looking.

Stephen Saager (Sean Stouffer)
As host of the ultra-popular radio show “Reality Check: The First Unbiased Far Right Radio Show”, Stephen Saager serves up something the people are not quite used to: THE TRUTH. Stephen is unafraid to sacrifice himself to the marauding beast commonly referred to as The United States Government. Fear is not in his vocabulary, except when it comes to communism and snakes (the creature of the devil). If he’s not talking the news at his millions of loyal listeners, Stephen enjoys watching the incompetent be crushed beneath the weight of the free market.

Yarrow (Yuki Morgan)
Adventurous and methodical, Yarrow is a girl who doesn't sweat the small stuff. Or the big stuff. No, she's far too busy tending to her makeshift greenhouse and scouring the questionable terrain for artifacts to document in excessive detail. In this crumbling world, she's one of the few who have it good; her fortified home base boasts sustainable food, water, and, most precious of all, books. But for all the humanity they imbue her with, they are but a shadow of the people she once had, the people her every word strives to somehow reach again.
